This publication constitutes the refereed complaints of the 1st overseas Symposium on Agent and Multi-Agent platforms - applied sciences and purposes, KES-AMSTA 2007, held in Wroclaw, Poland in May/June 2007. China in November 2006.

Cardinality (IO) defines cardinality property on each attribute. They are expressed in the form as key-value pair (KVP). Exception (E) defines varied unexpected events, messages, system operations etc. To present an agent service with the above item atoms, some constraint properties for instance the cardinality must be added on them.
